In addition to the design difference, the torque of the spindle must be paid attention to. The wrong application will directly affect the machine tool. The life of the spindle, such as a low-torque spindle, should be matched with a tool with a small diameter. If it is machined with a large diameter tool, it will cause a great deal of damage to the spindle. For example, the power of the main shaft is less than 7.5 kW, and it is generally recommended to match a tool with a diameter of 16 mm or less. Because the spindle design is purely for high speed and light cutting, if it is used improperly, it will cause damage to the spindle.
